Market, Continued

Okay, it took me a week, but here are some pictures from the Port Hope Farmers Market Art Festival!

Our view from the table.

Me and our wares. "Any milk today, mistress?" (No? Too obscure?)

I had a lovely time at the festival talking with other local artists, and it was also a good reminder that I should be more involved with the arts and creative events! Hopefully with the return to school this autumn I will also be able to return to a life filled with weird, colourful art projects.

Bright strawberries,

Bits and Bobs

Pat and I had a lovely time at the farmers' market on Saturday, and we were lucky enough to catch a break in the iffy weather. Below are some of the card designs I had for sale at the market, as well as a sketch I made while out at the museum the other day with lovely lady Miss Ding. Random! More market photos will follow...

Nearly a Year/ Back on the Island

It has been nearly a year since we started this blog, and we seem to find ourselves visiting our same, favourite summer haunts. The island remains a wonderful summer spot to return to, for people watching and lounging about. Like last year, we made sure to take a silly picture of ourselves on the south pier.

Somehow, the sun was behind us... ?

Of course, we also visited the hobby farm on the island, which I always love.

The pigs of summer, living the life.

Keep on living the dream, little piggies.
